What is included in a RAW-ESCAPES retreat?
Each retreat includes accommodation, full board with healthy curated meals, transportation to and from the retreat location, wellness sessions (such as breathwork, meditation, and yoga), live music experiences, and access to our community spaces.
Do I need prior experience in meditation, yoga, or breathwork?
Not at all. Our facilitators guide each session so that both beginners and experienced participants can benefit. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to connect.
What should I bring with me?
Bring comfortable clothing, a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, and an open mind. If you have your own yoga mat, you’re welcome to bring it — otherwise, we’ll have everything ready for you in the desert.
Can I attend alone, or is it better to come with friends?
You’re more than welcome to come solo — many of our guests do. Raw Escapes is built around connection, so you’ll quickly feel part of the community and meet amazing people along the way.
