3. Booking and Payment

Customer Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event start date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
You may request to transfer your ticket to another participant (subject to approval).
Event Cancellations:
If RAW ESCAPES cancels or reschedules an event, customers will be offered a full refund or a credit toward a future event.
We are not responsible for additional costs incurred (e.g., flights, accommodation).
6. Participant Responsibilities
By joining a RAW ESCAPES event, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are physically and mentally fit to participate in the activities.
You will follow the guidance of facilitators and event staff at all times.
You understand that wellness activities (e.g., breathwork, yoga) may involve physical or emotional release.
RAW ESCAPES is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses during the event, except in cases of proven negligence.
We encourage all participants to inform facilitators of any medical conditions in advance.
